Yes, you are able to meet them at certain checkpoints (some checkpoints are in places with very limited parking). See here for more details.
PLEASE NOTE: you are NOT ALLOWED to supply food or a change of clothes once the walkers are on the course. This is an endurance event and they must carry what they need with them.
