Will I be refunded if a walker pulls out after registration closes?

Once registration closes, the fees for all walkers registered become payable immediately.   If a walker has to pull out after this date and you do not have a replacement, then the fee is still due for that walker.  If we have surplus funds after the event is over, then we may be able to consider a partial refund, but this is not guaranteed.
